As such, it's a great pleasure for us to share that we've achieved our Cisco Gold Star for Customer Satisfaction Excellence again, for the third year in a row!
Cisco measures the customer satisfaction levels of its certified partners, based on customer surveys and regional target goals and allocates an average of each partner's pre and post-sales support from over a 12 month period. This score is based on customer feedback, making it an excellent indication of whether or not a partner is meeting their customers' needs.
We so pleased that our clients have once again given us, and our service, their stamp of approval. Knowing we've achieved our Cisco Gold Star again is a wonderful reward, and we look forward to continuing our goal of providing service worthy of it for another year (and many more to come!).
