Cisco considers the satisfaction of its customers and the relationships built between them vital, and this concern overflows into their partnership program, where they measure the levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty and experience in order to ensure their ideals on these areas are well met.
As a Cisco partner, your Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) is independently measured by Cisco on a biannual basis. The final score is tallied out of five, and in order to retain the prestigious partner status offered by Cisco, a minimum score of 4.40 is required. If you score above 4.53, you fall within the Cisco Gold Star category, which stands for Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence. This also happens to be the highest distinction a Cisco partner can achieve.
How Did We Do?
We’re proud to say that we’ve achieved a 4.83 out of 5 on our assessment, which means we’ve retained our Cisco Gold Star for 2015!
It’s rewarding to see that our customers have found us worthy of this high rating, as the assessment is based on their feedback, on how well they feel we’ve engaged with them, and how satisfied they are with our services.
It’s an honour to be holding a Cisco Gold Star for yet another year, and we’re focused on continuing to strive towards excellent customer satisfaction and service delivery going forward.
