Project Vision has been a Cisco partner for a long time now. Cisco watches carefully how well its partners look after their customers. Each year Cisco asks those customers to rate the partner with whom they work. As a Cisco partner, in order to retain your Cisco partnership, you have to achieve a certain minimum score. In 2013, in Europe, the benchmark score is 4.40 out of five across at least ten customers.

However, if you are able to demonstrate a higher standard of customer care, across a wider range of customers, Cisco recognises this with a gold star and an award for customer satisfaction excellence. This year, in Europe, partners had to demonstrate a score of at least 4.53 across at least 20 customers.

We achieved this in 2013, and we have done it again! This year we scored 4.83 overall, which is an improvement on last year’s 4.79, and is one of the highest scores achieved in Europe. As a result we have again been awarded a Cisco Gold Star for Customer Satisfaction Excellence.

Here's what Cisco had to say:

Cisco Systems is pleased to recognize and congratulate PROJECT VISION UK  for achieving Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence.

Customer Satisfaction Excellence is the highest distinction a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program.  PROJECT VISION UK  has been recognized for Customer Satisfaction Excellence in the Cisco Partner Locator with a special star indicator representing your achievement.  Customers, Cisco personnel and partners will be able to identify you as having achieved outstanding customer satisfaction as part of Cisco's worldwide assessment process.

Customer Satisfaction Excellence is a core value we both share and a key driver of our current and future success.  Thank you for your commitment to the success of your customers.

That all sounds great to us, and it contributes to our sense of arbejtsglaede, which is our favourite word at the moment.

We want to say thanks to everybody who took time to respond to Cisco and comment about us. We really appreciate your doing so.

We also pledged that we would donate to charity for every completed form. Our nominated charity this year is Help for Heroes, and so we will be donating £780 to Help For Heroes as a direct result of this exercise over the last twelve months.

If you want to experience Project Vision's (multi-award winning!) customer care first hand, why not Contact Us and let us know how we can help.
